Data collected: information voluntarily submitted through the contact form or by email, such as name, email address, project type, message, and useful context for the request.
Purposes: answer incoming requests, prepare a scoping conversation, draft a commercial proposal, follow up the relationship, and protect the website from abuse.
Legal bases: the legitimate interest of answering professional inquiries, pre-contractual measures when the request concerns a project, and any legal obligations related to business management.
Retention: contact requests stored in the application are retained for a maximum of three years, unless a longer legal obligation applies or a valid deletion request is made.
Technical processors: Payload CMS and Supabase for application management and storage, Resend for email delivery, Render for application hosting, Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and edge protection, and Umami Analytics for cookie-free audience measurement.
